Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. For projects over $15,000, we work with 11 different financing partners. You can also split projects into phases — maybe kitchen this year, bathrooms next. We're flexible because we know renovation is a big investment.

What's included in your quotes?

Labor, materials, permits, inspections, waste management, and basic cleanup. We break everything down line-by-line so there's zero confusion. If something changes mid-project, we discuss it with you first. No surprise invoices. That's our style.

Are there hidden costs I should know about?

Nope. Old homes sometimes reveal surprises (bad wiring, termites, whatever). If that happens, we'll tell you immediately, explain the options, and you decide how to proceed. But our initial quote covers what we've seen and assessed. Transparency's non-negotiable for us.
