Our Story
Thompson Design Build started in 2011 when our founder watched his parents' renovation turn into a nightmare of waste and shortcuts. That sparked an obsession: what if we rebuilt homes the way we'd want them rebuilt? Early years were rough—hunting down suppliers, learning which materials actually perform, making expensive mistakes so clients wouldn't have to. By 2015, we'd figured out a repeatable system. Now we're the crew your neighbors call. We've completed 47 projects, most without drama, all without cutting corners on environmental responsibility.
